Pros: Above average pay and benefit program, world-class education program, work statement relatively straightforward.
Cons: Career growth for certain minority groups is very limited. Senior leadership has no time to take care of people, but watches out for his or her own back. Playing office politics is necessary to excel. Most senior managers are unproductive or do nothing behind executives’ backs, faking performance data to get better reviews.
