Process
Applied on their Taleo portal, received the call after around a month.
Initially, the technical round was conducted on the telephone. After a week, a STAR interview was scheduled.
It is a F2F (face-to-face) round in which 6 questions would be asked, and the answers had to be given in a defined format. The next day, some documents were asked for.
After some days, I got the call from HR to discuss salary and the position offered. The next day, I received the offer letter.
After this, background verification started and took around 2 weeks. Finally, I got the email asking for a suitable DOJ.
Questions
Technical questions to judge basic knowledge on Java and frameworks used.
Behavioral questions in STAR round.
