A recruiter calls for a schedule.

They describe the process and later ask for your schedule.

It includes three rounds:

1. Coding and technical
2. Design
3. Leadership discussion

As per the booklet, the third round is the most difficult. Out of all the rounds, the most complex is the third. It requires a lot of preparation, so make sure you prepare for it.
