Process
The interview process was very straightforward. It consisted of STAR-based questions and then extra time to ask questions about the team. The recruiting team takes an extremely long time to respond with a decision and drags along the candidate. It was a great interview experience, but the candidate experience after the fact to receive an offer is not great.
