I received a phone call from two managers who asked me non-technical questions about past experiences. They were pretty relaxed. They said they were interviewing for a lot of positions and told me they would get back to me in two weeks. Almost two months later, a different manager called me and offered me a job, but said he could not provide relocation for some reason.

Pros: They call Boeing the "Lazy B." Good place for those who are unqualified and lazy.

Cons: Undemocratic, top-down, military-style hierarchy. The employees are basically beaten down, the unions are broken, and the workers have no power or control. The benefits are reduced every year, and work is being shipped overseas while foreign workers are imported. The environment is horrible: cramped cubbies, no expectation of privacy. Come here if you are happy being a slave to the corporate executives. You will be replaced soon and as cheaply as possible.
