I had one interview with an HR person and one with my potential manager and lead. They were both over the phone. They were mostly questions about how I dealt with difficult situations and difficult people to work with. There were no technical questions, but this was for an entry-level engineer. I've heard it's a similar situation for higher-level positions, though.
