I was applying through a program at the University of Washington. They asked us four questions that they wanted us to answer using the STAR model. There were two interviewers. One was part of the College of Engineering; the other was the hiring manager. It was really easygoing, and the manager was nice and told me the expectations of how to structure my answers.
