I’m really disappointed with my recent experience with Boeing's recruitment process. Despite providing my time zone, my interview was scheduled incorrectly based on their time zone, causing me to miss it. When I confronted the recruiter, he claimed it was a mistake on both ends. When I asked to reschedule the interview, he did not, although it was his mistake to begin with. To make matters worse, they took down my application without addressing their error. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I'm relieved I won’t be working in such a toxic environment. I know I deserve better than Boeing.
