Interviewers are inexperienced (lots of duplicate questions and poor listening; I repeated myself across interviews and within the same interview!). The interviewers could not answer how they intend to test their software. Software engineers beware! The interview process consisted of an HR screening, a programming assessment, and an interview with the technical lead.
