The recruiter reached out for an initial screening, then sent my resume to the hiring manager for review before scheduling the panel interview.
The position was put on hold for a hiring freeze, but the recruiter was communicative throughout that period regarding status and reopening – much better than many other companies.
By the time they wanted to reschedule the panel, I had accepted another role.
