The process was straightforward. The important thing is having good behavior and demonstrating a genuine interest in aviation and the company. The interview process involved an initial behavioral screening, then a secondary interview with some technical questions (based on your resume or experiences), so nothing too hard. They do get back to you very quickly, from my experience.
