QA Automation Engineer Interview Experience - Greenwood Village, Colorado

October 1, 2023

Neutral ExperienceNo Offer

Process

Super easy interview across all 3 levels. It was weird that everyone had their cameras off. It felt unprofessional on their side.

Mostly, the questions were about different work situations, skills, and tools used in the past.

The position was canceled, and they started to hire again in 2-3 weeks.

Boeing Work Experiences

Great place to work, but not perfect

Engineer • Current Employee

Pros: Excellent benefits and quality of life

Cons: Unqualified people are hired to check diversity boxes. Terrible employees continue to keep their jobs. Lots of good people have to work hard to make up for the bad ones. Most groups are chronically short-staffed. The company refuses to pay more for qualified candidates and instead lowers qualifications.
