For the duration of 8 hours, they were only able to conduct 2 interviews per person.

Pros: Pay-rate as a contingent worker (that was the real title for senior software engineer in Boeing's file), hired through a staffing firm, was okay. Weekly paid at $70/hr on W2.
Cons: Got miserable managers who do not know anything about software development. They expect in the meeting to be provided only the end results of a work endeavor and a percentage as work progress for the project. If you dare to get involved to explain at the technical level what you did for the time spent at work, you realize that you waste your time teaching managers the technologies you use, who have no clue why you do that. This only puts into doubt the need for your work in the end, in order to cover up their lack of technical understanding.
