Process
The interview process (C++) was a total of 2 technical/structured rounds and 2 rounds of HR discussion over 2 weeks. The technical round was fairly easy for anyone working in C/C++, data structures, etc. The structured round was a bit difficult because they were trying to grill from every side possible (read about structured interviews if you don't know). After a week, I was contacted by HR again, stating that I had cleared the rounds, and then salary discussion and other things (why I wanted to leave the company, etc.) followed.
