There were two stages of interviews after an online application. The first was a recruiter screening, asking about career goals and college projects. They sent me a follow-up email about when to expect a round and a tip to practice the STAR interview method.

The second round was a voice call interview with four members of the team that was hiring in Missouri. They followed a STAR interview process and asked me to describe past projects I had worked on in college and how I dealt with difficult situations. The team members included a project manager and three software engineers.
