It was at the SHPE National process. It was pretty laid back, I don’t remember the specific questions, but nothing was out of the ordinary. After the interview, I got a call later that day and was informed that I got the offer. Less than a week later, I got the offer letter and was given 2 weeks to respond.

Pros: Great benefits:
* 12-week paternity leave
* 10% 401k match
* HSA company contributions
The space project is very interesting.
Cons: Poor management, little opportunity for promotions. Don't expect more than the standard 3% raise each year.
We are required by management to fill a quota of safety concerns each year. This is how we are "improving" safety.

Pros: - Great work culture.
- Lots of resources to train you.
- Unionized engineers at Puget Sound means you earn overtime pay for every hour worked.
- Work-life balance is the best.
- Managers are super supportive and care about your success inside and outside of the office.
Cons: - Best pay of all the American aerospace companies, but it needs to be as good as the tech companies in Washington.
- Very bureaucratic at times.
- Not much room to work remotely or part-time.
