Pros: Development, education assistance, technology, career growth, location, health care, salary and benefits, and community outreach. Boeing will work with you to define your career goals. The union works hard to make sure you have rights.
Cons: A demanding, race-to-the-bottom mentality. The usual "do more with less," but they haven't figured out how to keep morale up.
