Pros: Boeing is a great place to learn about the industry, work with talented people, and maintain a good work-life balance. The teams are generally good, and the products we make are awesome.
Cons: Occasionally, you are doing some pretty menial work, meaning it's not very intellectually engaging. A lot of the processes are standardized, so you aren't allowed to be very creative.
