Pros: Interesting domain. Lots of learning opportunities. Good company benefits. New campus is really good.

Cons: Management is only looking for their growth; they don't care about employee capability growth. There is no vision of building capabilities, and they are still working as a service company, like work statements. Pay is not as per industry standards, and though it is possible to work on it, management is not taking it seriously.

Pros: Boeing is actually a pretty good company to work for. It really depends on the department, though, and management. Management can really make or break morale. There's also a lot of good stuff going on at Boeing and obviously the bad, if you read the news. A common theme I have seen is a lack of established processes. It's pretty much a 'go in there and figure it out' type of mentality. If you're experienced, then you can get through it, but it would suck for someone that's brand new, like a fresh college grad. Here's to hoping Boeing turns around, because it really is a good company to work for. Upper management, and I mean upper, like director level, has turned the company into a pile of trash. There are really good people on the floor, but when someone at the top is just out for themselves, well, just look at the state Boeing is in now.

Cons: Some upper managers only focused on themselves.

Pros: 401k match and education benefits

Cons: Sick leave and PTO accrue approximately 2 weeks per year.
