Process
It was a typical upper-level interview, but what surprised me was that the position was an entry-level analyst position. I think the interview for this position was overkill. The interview was composed of a board of seven employees:
- 3 ex-military pilots
- 1 manager
- 2 test engineers
- 1 SME
Questions
Explain in detail a time when the customer's wants interfered with company policy and how you were able to make the customer move forward with a company compromise that did not violate policy.
