Process
I did a behavioral interview first. All questions were standard behavioral interview questions, but I would definitely recommend having some answers on hand.
Once I made it to the second round of interviews, I was taken on a plant tour and told about the position.
Oddly, I never heard back from them after what seemed like an onboarding interview.
