Complete waste of time. I interviewed for multiple positions. Every single time, I was told "it went to an internal candidate." I was told on a constant basis that they were working the problem on that. Don't waste your time with these people.

Cons: Five different managers in two years. Managers responsible for promotions don't know what you do; they don't care what you do. Bad company culture for young engineers. Outdated views, outdated methods.
