Product Data Management Engineer
Very structured. They ask a standard set of questions they ask everyone. Seemed a bit robotic as far as the interview process, but open to communication such as small talk. Definitely use the STAR Method to answer.

They brought me into a conference room in a large facility and asked me four behavioral questions. They wrote down my answers in STAR format. After I answered the four questions, one at a time, they gave me the opportunity to ask them questions.
