Leadership is very out of touch and refuses to promote qualified employees to the appropriate level. Instead, I was told that I wasn't meeting expectations, even though the expectations had not been given to me at that point.
Start listening to and treating your employees better. Customers are important, but so are employees who keep those customers happy.
