BR&T has a chill work environment and a lot of freedom, depending on the position (my experience).
I was not a fan of the remote work. No one really comes in person. I was young with no responsibilities, though. This may be a pro for many other people. In addition, the salary is low compared to ML research positions in the tech industry.
