Great pay, very good benefits, great middle management.
Too many hours of overtime, and then layoffs about every four years. Not as diversified as the 60s and 70s, leaving personnel with 20 to 27 years out of a job with no retirement just before they hit their milestone to retire. Sending our work to foreign countries.
They do a great job as managers in the lower ranks, but don't communicate what's really going on for the future. Too many unfounded rumors, plant closings, relocating of facilities, leaving people without jobs without compensation.
