Consistent pay. It can be easy work.
Poor management, pay not staying consistent with COLA and other trades. It can be stressful and feel like getting babysat. Benefits are getting worse. The overall company isn’t what it used to be and it's not a great work environment anymore as morale is very low all over because we don’t get treated well like we used to.
Make this company a great place to work again, and the people here will reward you with their knowledge, hard work, and dedication. The results will show in cost savings and a company that is back to building the best airplanes in the world. It all starts with the people who build the plane. If they are passionate, the company will prosper.
