Pay, benefits. If you don't like to work and just talk a lot, this is your place. Just show up every day and you have a job for life.
Managing employees is non-existent. Your worth is not based on ethical work habits; it's mostly based on if you're a "yes man" or not. Say yes and you move up. Question authority, processes, or work habits, or try taking someone to ethics, and you're moved to another program. Employees are raping the company, and management doesn't care as long as the 30 percent of ethical workers continue to carry the load. Not a good place for a young adult just starting to learn ethical work habits.
Take power away from 2nd levels and up and give some to the 1st levels who are leading the troops.
Train 1st levels on how to manage and train them in the job they are managing.

They wanted to know what I have done in the past, what has led me up to this point of wanting this job, why I want to build aircraft, what connections I have with them, and more.
I applied online and got invited to interview. Very early in the morning, you signed in for the interview. The sooner you got in, the faster you got to be interviewed.
Applied in May and had an interview a week later. I had a job offer of less than what was discussed at the interview. The interviewers were not professional at all. They were having side conversations during the interview. They were not even a part
