Decent pay. Benefits were great, including 401K plans etc. Good advancement opportunities.
Bad atmosphere. No one in management will have your back, even when they know you are being wronged, unless you are one of their favorites. This means endless overtime with unrealistic expectations. It starts all the way at the top. All lower-level managers are scared of their boss and so on and so forth. They will do anything to please them, even if it means hanging others out to dry. It is all about numbers and selling jobs and getting the plane out, not the quality and integrity of the airplane. It is truly every man or woman for themselves. Quality inspectors have little to no idea what they are doing. Quality managers do nothing to help either.
Treat everyone the same. Like a human being.
Worry more about the integrity of the airplane that 250+ passengers are going to be flying on rather than pleasing your boss.
They wanted to know what I have done in the past, what has led me up to this point of wanting this job, why I want to build aircraft, what connections I have with them, and more.
I applied online and got invited to interview. Very early in the morning, you signed in for the interview. The sooner you got in, the faster you got to be interviewed.
Applied in May and had an interview a week later. I had a job offer of less than what was discussed at the interview. The interviewers were not professional at all. They were having side conversations during the interview. They were not even a part
