It takes 6 years to really start making money unless you do a lot of overtime.
Starting and top-out pay is not competitive with the industry. Time off and work-life balance are almost impossible to achieve.
Listen to employees with experience. Compensate them for staying with you instead of giving all the perks to new employees who just started or have little experience with the company.
