Good Schedule, Low Pay
Benefits are great. Paid holidays off and no weekends on a normal schedule are an ideal job situation. Boeing takes care of its employees for the most part.
Salary is lower than average. Pay is the reason we work, bottom line. Boeing has recently cut costs, and hourly rates have hit rock bottom compared to other aviation jobs in the area.
