Good benefits, lots of overtime.
Fun and challenging work.
Lots of areas to move into.
Manufacturing has so many early mornings, especially if you have a long commute. Management tries to listen, but most of the time they try to just do what their bosses tell them to do. There is too much overtime, and sometimes you can get cut off from overtime. Some people need the money.
Keep trying to listen. There are a lot of newer people with good ideas that I feel aren't getting any attention for their ideas.
