The absolute best company I've ever had the pleasure to work for
Great pay and working conditions. The management model used by Boeing is laid-back, with no micromanaging, as long as you do your work with no problems.
The Aircraft Manufacturing Industry is highly susceptible to layoffs, especially on the military side where politics plays a major role in the production line. However, if you are willing to move to another Boeing site after receiving a layoff notification, it is very easy to do, at the individual's expense, of course.
