Upper management is constantly changing direction, causing more work and rework than necessary. Mandatory work weekends, two on one off, get old after a while.

Boeing Interview Experiences
Engineer
Behavioral questions, just in STAR format. First, they asked me to introduce myself and then went through projects and experiences on my resume, before going through a few STAR questions. You have time to ask your own questions at the end.
Production Tool and Equipment Engineer
The interview was via Webex. There was a panel of four engineers, each asking a question or two about relevant experience. The duration was about an hour; a very standard interview.
Software Programmer
The interview was quite good and decent. Most of the questions were asked from core Java and Spring. If you are trying to get a job at Boeing, you should be aware of Java and the Spring framework, typically with interview questions and answers.
