There is a good variety of opportunity. The benefits package and vacation are very good.
Corporate red tape is a massive slowdown to any effort. Management is the one-stop shop for either promoting or absolutely trashing your career at the company; there is no recourse against abuse or misbehavior by your superiors.
It's about 50/50 whether you are on a good team or not. Low-level engineers are not respected. The onboarding process is nonexistent. You are lucky if you get a response to your emails in two weeks.
