Lots of opportunity in different areas.
Slow work culture that doesn’t change.
Very structured. They ask a standard set of questions they ask everyone. Seemed a bit robotic as far as the interview process, but open to communication such as small talk. Definitely use the STAR Method to answer.
First notified of interview through email. Given a couple of days to prepare for a phone interview. Response a couple of days after the phone interview. Drug test afterwards, followed by clearance/background check. Very quick and not too formal.
Had an initial call where the recruiter reached out and asked what I'd be interested in. Two positions they were recruiting for: * Entry Level Test & Evaluation Engineer * Material Process and Composite Engineer Messaged the recruiter on LinkedIn
