Engineering Intern
Attended the university career fair where I talked to a recruiter and submitted a resume. Received a call later that day for an interview the next day. Got a call offering the position hours later.
Propulsion Engineer
It was a structured in-person interview with set questions from Boeing. The interview was done with a panel, with several tiers of management together. Questions consisted of previous experiences and how to deal with certain situations, etc.
