The best thing about Boeing is that they are a family-type environment. I have never had an issue getting time off to go on vacation or to handle any type of personal situation.
The best thing about Boeing was the full tuition reimbursement, but they have completely altered the program, which is now capped at $15K a year and comes with a two-year commitment.
Completely bureaucratic.
If you are looking to try to advance quickly, then this is not the place for you.
They will give you the opportunities, but the promotions and pay don't follow your increased workload. Too many people here are content just doing a satisfactory, if not below satisfactory, job.
They really need to recognize their talent and spend a good amount of time developing them. They talk a lot about it, but there is no career path for an individual. They will develop you within a program, but not beyond that.
