Pros

Awesome health benefits; nothing paid out of pocket for the HMO plans.

Premiums rose this year, but Boeing is still an industry leader.

The Learning Together Program provides for tuition reimbursement up to a general level (though not unlimited like it was in the past).

Paid overtime for exempt employees.

Cons

Promotions are difficult to come by. Time in grade, time in grade, time in grade.

Advice to Management

Suggest finding ways to retain the better talent so that they do not leave for better opportunities.
