There are no pros at BDA.
- Boys club
- The amount of sexual harassment and discrimination cases I have heard about from my fellow colleagues against other employees and management is outstanding.
- I have seen employees who question authority or decisions be treated differently.
- Some quality engineers are being made redundant while incompetent management is allowed to fossilize at the company.
- Multiple employees with HR complaints and proven HR records are allowed to continue to get promotions with no repercussions from the business on their positions.
- Mistreatment of employees.
- Diversity and inclusion is a joke. I have seen POC being very badly treated at BDA.
- Get rid of the dead weight employees who are not producing any work.
- Do something to keep the working employees.
- Stop promoting a toxic boys club culture and do something about it.
