It's hard to rate this company's pros now compared to what it was 10 years ago. I see all companies are doing the same in taking away employee benefits.
Unfortunate for the next generation of employees, who will be expected to take care of their own retirement and their own medical costs, these costs are both spiraling out of control.
have none, they are caught in the same boat.... unless you make it to the upper level of management, which the odds are probably less than 1 in 100,000.
