It was overall pretty tricky for me. Not very conversational, like most interviews. They had this STAR method they wanted you to respond in, which made the questions even more high-pressure.

The process is very simple. A phone call to set up an interview and you're met with a few managers. Nothing out of the norm. They ask you scripted questions, and you have to answer in STAR format.
