Asked behavioral questions? Wanted specific details. Then I got a call one month later for a follow-up. It was okay, but I didn't hear from them again.

I was offered a full-time position right after my internship. Internship is the easiest way to get into the company. Every single person I know who interviewed with Boeing got a full-time offer.

The screening process consisted of a third-party video interview. Interviews are supposed to go both ways as you figure out if the company is a right fit for you, and evidently Boeing was not.
