SMART stuff only. Not much technical depth. Overall pretty routine. Bring examples from previous work experiences; follow the boilerplate, you'll be fine. 30 words, really? I think people get the point by now.

Interviewer was very nice and saw that I was nervous, so went a little easier on me. It was very straightforward, with standard questions along with technical questions that go with the job itself.
