As an employee, there is a lot of opportunity to pursue what you are interested in within the company. Usually, people are really supportive and open to you setting up informational interviews to learn about what other people and teams in the company do. Great mentorship opportunities and development paths are available if you pursue them.
As with any large company, some teams/roles are not the best or most interesting in terms of work. Your experience will likely be heavily influenced by what position/team you are on. The flip side to this, like I mentioned previously, is that there are networking opportunities to get into different roles/positions that interest you.
