Early schedule. Work started at 5:30 AM. Most weekends were free unless needed to come in.
Few holidays. Needed to work over weekends. Need to give more training; need to invest in employees. Not all about saving money. No job security since airplanes come and go.
Do not micromanage the team. It creates insecurity among employees and hinders progress.
