A great company to work for. Variety of good projects, good pay, and benefits. A good place to broaden one's experience.
Recently, management's style of victimizing senior employees over 50 years old via layoff is disgraceful. Many employees remain loyal to the company over so many years with excellent productivity. The new management style treats everyone as a number (headcount) with no regard to individual life and family.
Treat employees as human beings with family responsibilities, instead of as numbers (Head Count).
I had a student interview which was primarily non-technical. It required you to talk about your internships and basic engineering concepts. The interview was done by four employees, mostly managers or leads.
Got interviewed at a career fair where I had a pre-screening and one formal behavioral question-type interview. Questions were to be answered using the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) method.
Applied at a college career fair. Pretty much all behavioral questions. Follow the STAR format in responses, and you are good. Some questions about projects and experience. Interviewers were nice.
