Smart Team, Important Work
My co-workers were very smart, eager to teach, and patient. They were also very honest about their opinions of the company and gave great advice. My group also had very interesting work because the organization I was part of had responsibility for very important aspects of the plane. This is one of the top reasons I plan on returning.
Lastly, even though I was an intern, I was treated well and any question I had was fair game.
I've seen it in other work environments, and Boeing was no exception. Some people tend to naturally find things to be discontent with. This meant I had some coworkers who were dissatisfied with their job and the company and would express this not too frequently, but frequent enough that I felt it was hindering productivity.
None. The company knows its flaws and is actively working to fix them.
