Normal interviewing process, as with other companies. Average difficulty. I would recommend it to anyone trying to enter the aerospace industry as an intern. Overall, a great learning experience and practice for future opportunities.

Used Hirevue to conduct the interview. Everything was recorded and then reviewed by a recruiter. I found the video questions pretty easy but would have appreciated more preparation time for my responses.
