Stable company, smart people
Work is challenging and varied. I enjoy mentoring and teaching, and it is encouraged by management. Healthcare and benefits are good, and the 401k match is among the best in the industry.
The process can be burdensome. I do worry about our financial competitiveness in the long term.
Focus on strategic thinking. Enable managers to reduce force when needed. Make "room" for our younger employees to move up. (My team can sometimes feel discouraged for these reasons.)
